Claypot Restaurant

Recomended by mom to this newly opened shop on her birthday for dinner. The place is basically a 3 bedroom terrace house which turned into a restaurant. Situated at a residential area up on Hillside the place is owned by two young lady who is so called my mom's customers.

They did not renovate the place too much but just to have some tables and chairs for diners. The rooms are there as private rooms and the kitchen at the normal house kitchen area which makes the place feels kinda homely.

Each room has a feng shui kinda decor.

We were first serve with a small bowl of soup as appetizer or some sort and it taste great. Like some chinese herbal soup. Since it's mom's BIGday, i let her take the honour of choosing the food eventho i'm the one paying the bill later.

From top left.

  1. The soup.
  2. 'San Da Mei Ren' (three big beautiful human) Consist of 3 types of veggie, petai, bendi and kacang botol. All fried in sambal which taste seriously good.
  3. The usual claypot toufu.
  4. 'Dong Buo Rou' (Dong Buo's meat) Pork cooked in some really great sauce.

I couldn't finish my rice tho...and mom was all full.

The food was great and a little costly i should say but worth the price tho. Common' RM 60+ for a happy mom......worth every cent of it...

Try it out....at
